In a continued effort to deliver the best customer service in the industry, EBARA International Corporation Fluid Handling Division, a leading provider of water and wastewater pumps, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Jake Faulkenberry to the position of Aftermarket Service Manager as Mr. Jeff Leeper retires from EIC-FHD, following a remarkable 43 years in the pump industry.
Jake’s knowledge and remarkable attention to customer service have been built on the foundation of his eighteen years with EBARA. Jake joined the Fluid Handling Division (FHD) in shipping/receiving and was then promoted to lead stainless steel mechanic after one year. Jake’s extensive knowledge of the EBARA product comes from his vital thirteen-year work as a mechanic and as a customer service representative with FHD. Most recently as technical aftermarket customer service coordinator, Jake handled multiple application and field responsibilities.
“Jake has handled multiple application and field responsibilities in the past several years, including many on-site technical training seminars for our distributors and customers,” stated Rick Thompson, Vice President, EIC-FHD. “Jake is well-liked and respected by our customers. Although we will miss Jeff (Leeper) and his vast pump industry knowledge, I have complete confidence Jake will assume the role of manager, seamlessly.”
